I'm fully qualified and registered, offering the highest standard of personal training service.

Train to gain optimal physique by toning muscle with strength training. Lose weight and increase your heart-lung fitness with fun conditioning circuits. Try boxing, Pilates, cycling, tennis, learn to swim, improve your stroke, go stand up paddle boarding. Work on your sports technique, or go on exhilarating bushwalks to tranquil waterfalls.

I design and regularly update your personally tailored exercise program and I'm with you every step of the way as we work towards your goals together. I'll assess your fitness levels to ensure you're getting the results you want to achieve.

By eating a complete range of fresh, nourishing food, you bring your system back to functioning at its optimum. Healthy eating means feeling vibrant, alive and thriving - not just surviving.

I teach you an easy to learn way of understanding the science of human nutrition, so you know exactly what food does to your body. You'll never need or want another fad diet again. You'll always be in control as you balance having fun with staying the weight you want to be.

Personal Training

Regular weekly training with your PT. Includes daily support if required.

Put your own group together and train at a regular time each week.

Prices vary based on numbers; no limit on participants.
Starting at $90 + $10 for each additional person, per session.

Corporate and social group training for conferences, Weddings, Hen's/Bucks parties, birthdays, friends getaway weekends, etc.

1-hour Personal Training class through your mobile device or computer. Includes healthy living and nutrition.

Casual or regular timeslot.
Location: Worldwide through Facebook Messenger, Apple Facetime, Phone.

If your child needs a little help with posture, healthy eating, weight-loss or needs a general energy boost, I can help.

Workshops and Retreats

'Combination'. Eg. 1-hour each on Health, Fitness and Nutrition.

Learn everything you need to know to maintain a healthy lifestyle. This is Nutrition-101. Includes ingredients, healthy cooking tuition and learn the basic science around nutrition; complete and immersive.

Location: My Gym and Tonic Retreat Base and Studio, in Moss Vale.

10am to 4pm. One full day to re-ignite your motivation.

Includes meals with activities; morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea.

Your choice of: fitness, flexibility, bushwalking, swimming, stand up paddle boarding, meditation, nutrition 101, cooking classes, back health, posture and how to stay motivated when you get home.

If you have never learned to swim or even been near water, I will take you from ABSOLUTE BEGINNER TO SWIMMER.

Or perhaps you just need a little stroke improvement to feel more water confident.

Gym and Tonic has been coaching the Southern Highlands for 20 years and Victoria has been in the health and fitness industry for over 3 decades.

Previously she was Fitness Centre Manager at Level 67 atop the MLC Centre in Martin Place and has also worked at Health Clubs in Adelaide, Melbourne and London.

She is a Level 3 Exercise Professional, qualified in Nutrition, specialises in Rehab Training and adult learn to swim. With that extensive experience, she's created these programs to bring exercise, good nutrition and recreation into your regular routine.
